Careful Piano Moves
A piano can weigh 300 to over 1,000 pounds, and most of that weight rests on a fragile frame. One bad turn can crack the soundboard, scratch the finish, or hurt someone.
Our crew measures your path first, pads the whole piano, and straps it to a piano board. Grands are carefully taken apart, moved in pieces, and put back together at your new home.
Pricing
Piano moves use our Bedford hourly rate card with a two hour minimum: three movers at $220 an hour, four at $310, and five at $360. The ranges below show what each piano type usually costs for a local move.

Prices are for local Bedford moves. A piano moved with a full home move is added to that quote. A 2.5% fee applies to final balances paid by card.
