Binding Quote Movers

Flat-rate long-distance relocations from Dallas to anywhere in Texas or the 48 contiguous states. One Evolution crew end-to-end where the route allows, with a written delivery window on your quote. Common lanes run from Dallas to Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and out of state.
Long Distance Movers
Full pack, partial pack or fragile only, handled by the same Dallas crew that moves you. We supply cartons, wardrobe boxes, paper, tape and labels, and bill materials only when they are actually used. On most Dallas residential streets a moving truck parks with no permit. Downtown, Deep Ellum, and Uptown blocks may require a City of Dallas right-of-way permit for a truck-length curb reservation. Request it 5 business days ahead.
Plan the truck route
I-35E, I-635, and US-75 back up hard from 7 to 9 and 4 to 6:30. Uptown and Deep Ellum have low-clearance garages and one-way streets, and Bishop Arts and the M Streets rely on alley access. Accurate addresses and access details are how the crew plans around them.

Dallas apartments, garden complexes, and older homes can have narrow stairs, tight driveways, and long carries. Describe access honestly on the walk-through so the written quote is right the first time.
Plan for August and month end
Dallas lease turnover peaks in summer and at month end. Book those windows three to four weeks ahead for the date and crew you want.
Plan for the heat
From June through September, crews start at 7 a.m. so the heaviest loading happens before the afternoon. Heat-sensitive items such as candles, electronics, and vinyl are loaded last and unloaded first.

For interstate moves, federal law requires movers to offer Full Value Protection and Released Value Protection. Released Value Protection limits responsibility to no more than $0.60 per pound per article when the customer specifically selects that option.

Dallas runs about 3% above the national average overall, and the gap is almost entirely housing. Groceries, utilities, and transport sit close to the national line, and Texas has no state income tax, which is why the take-home comparison usually favors Dallas even when rent does not.

Getting around. I-35E, US-75 (Central), I-30, and the Dallas North Tollway carry most cross-town traffic and back up 7-9 morning and 4-6:30 afternoon. DART light rail covers downtown, Uptown, and the suburbs, but Dallas is still a car city.
What to set up first. Electricity is deregulated, so you choose a retail provider. Water and trash are through the City of Dallas. Texas gives new residents 30 days to transfer a driver license and register a vehicle after a safety inspection.
Weather. Summers run above 100°F July into September; spring brings hail and severe storms, so keep valuables indoors.
