Same-region lanes (Waco, Tyler, Austin) deliver same-day or next-day. 300-500 mile lanes (Corpus Christi, Amarillo, Lubbock) run 2-3 days. Cross-Texas (El Paso, Brownsville) run 3-4 days. Cross-country runs 5-10 days depending on lane.
What is the difference between shared and dedicated?
Shared load: your shipment rides with other households, delivery window rather than a date, cheapest option. Dedicated truck: yours is the only shipment on the trailer, firm delivery date, priced higher.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes. A deposit equal to one hour of labor reserves a local date, and interstate moves take a $500 deposit per truck. The rest is due on delivery.

A carrier. Our own crews load and our own trucks drive - never a brokered handoff. Brokers sell your job to whichever carrier bids lowest, which is how people end up meeting a crew they never hired.
What valuation coverage is included?
Basic released-value coverage is included by law at no charge ($0.60/lb). Paid tiers: Basic $100 (up to $2K), Plus $200 (up to $5K), Premium $300 (up to $10K), Platinum $1,000 (up to $50K), Ultra $2,500 (up to $100K).
Can you store my belongings between addresses?
Yes. Storage in transit is available in secure DFW warehousing when the new place is not ready. We hold the shipment and redeliver on the day your lease or closing actually lands.
What can you not load on the truck?
Hazardous and perishable goods: propane, gasoline, aerosols, paint, fireworks, ammunition, food that spoils. Plants and pets travel with you. Full non-allowables list arrives with your quote.
