Storage Solutions
New home not ready yet? We pick up your things in New Braunfels, keep them in secure storage, and deliver when you are ready. One team covers the whole gap, as we have for local families since 2013.
Storage Between Homes
New homes in Veramendi, Mayfair, and other growing neighborhoods often finish late. Closings slip and leases start after the old one ends. When that happens, you need a safe place for your things. Our crew wraps your furniture, loads it at your New Braunfels home, and takes it to secure storage.
When your new place is ready, the same team brings everything back and sets it up. No renting a unit, no driving a truck, and no carrying boxes twice.

Pricing
Storage has two parts: the moving labor to load and deliver your things, and a monthly storage charge. Labor uses our New Braunfels hourly rates, from $150 an hour for two movers up to $300 for four. Most moves into storage come to $1,650 – $3,250, and monthly storage usually runs $550 – $1,200, based on how much space you need.
| Job | Crew | Rate | Typical time | Typical total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Move into storage | 2–4 movers | $150–$300/hr | 5–7 hrs | $1,650 – $3,250 |
| Move out of storage | 2–4 movers | $150–$300/hr | 5–6 hrs | $1,350 – $3,150 |
| Monthly storage | Stored in our facility | Monthly | Month to month | $550 – $1,200 / mo |
Totals come from real New Braunfels storage jobs. Your exact monthly rate is set once we see how much you have. A 2.5% fee applies to final balances paid by card.
