What to set up first. Electricity and gas are through CPS Energy, water through SAWS. Texas gives new residents 30 days to transfer a driver license and register a vehicle after a safety inspection.
Weather. Summers run above 100°F from July into September, which drives our early-morning start times. Winters are mild; the bigger schedule risk is spring storms and flash flooding, so keep anything of value indoors and elevated.
