About Evolution Moving Company

A Fort Worth Moving Company Built on Written Prices

Fort Worth businesses hire us because we grew up here. We know when Sundance Square shuts for Main Street Arts, which Cultural District buildings need the freight elevator booked a week out, and how much a lost Monday morning costs a Downtown office. Every commercial move is quoted flat, in writing, before the first desk leaves its spot. One coordinator books Fort Worth labor-only crews, Fort Worth packing service, and Fort Worth long distance lanes on the same paperwork.

Your Fort Worth quote is based on:

  • The furniture and boxes being moved
  • The pickup and delivery addresses
  • Stairs, elevators, and walking distance
  • Building rules and permitted hours
  • Packing and storage requirements
  • Specialty or unusually heavy items
  • The requested moving date
  • Seat count and after-hours needs

The price only changes if the scope changes: added items, added services, a new address or date, an extra stop, or materially different access. Any adjustment is documented and approved by you in writing before the work is performed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Office Move Booking & Cutover Day

How do I book a Fort Worth office move?
Submit the form or call, then schedule a site walkthrough of both buildings. Once you approve the written quote we hold the date. One-hour local deposit, $500 per truck interstate.
Will you inventory our furniture?
Yes. Full inventory of desks, chairs, files, IT, and any specialty items during the walkthrough. Inventory used for reassembly and any damage claims.
What paperwork will I sign?
One written hourly quote and one bill of lading. Certificate of insurance issued separately, at no cost, for each building.
Can we do a phased move over multiple weekends?
Yes. Standard for 100+ seat cutovers. One coordinator plans every phase, same crew rotates through each weekend.
What if the dock or freight elevator has restricted hours?
We schedule the crew around your building's freight window. If access is questionable we plan a smaller crew or split into two shifts rather than surprising you.
How do you handle server room downtime?
Your IT vendor tears down the racks on Friday afternoon; we crate and transport Friday night; IT rebuilds Saturday for a Monday-morning startup. Priced flat, coordinated with your IT lead.
What happens if something is damaged?
Claims handled in-house. Note it on the inventory at delivery, send photos, your coordinator opens the claim the same day. Cargo insurance covers repair or replacement.
Do you provide labor-only for office moves?
Yes. If you have a company truck or rental, we send trained office movers on an hourly rate. Same crew training as full moves.
